History of Billy Bob’s
The building that Billy Bob’s is located in now originated in 1910 and began its life as a barn that was filled with livestock. Due to its location downtown, the Fort Worth Stock Show was a popular location to purchase and trade cattle.
Since it’s founding the building has had the tasks of hosting livestock auctions, housing an airplane factory during WWII and a department store in the decade following.
Since 1981, Billy Bob’s has been featuring exciting events and live concerts for visitors. With over two dozen bar areas and indoor bull riding rodeos, this is the place to go if you are looking for a Honky Tonk.
